Five-year-old Yelyzaveta Vakulenko and her 25-year-old mother, Yana, were killed in Mariupol on March 20, 2022. They lived on the city’s left bank, under relentless russian shelling from day one of the full-scale invasion. Escape was nearly impossible. Hiding in the basement of a five-story building, they tried to survive. When the building caught fire, they ran into the yard — and were cut down by mortar fire. Four others were killed alongside them.

Oh god... these two guys from Ukraine's 30th Mechanized together defended their combat position in the Kramatorsk sector for a YEAR. One of them held on since March 2025, the other one stayed there since November 2025. And then @425Skala recently managed to fight their way to their position and eventually safely evacuate them. Unbelievable.

Haha du har ingen aning om vad du pratar om (som vanligt). En närmast korrupt handläggare som medvetet saboterar sidas arbete och agerar aktivist försöker göra sitt yttersta för att nu också sprida sin dynga i media. Vi har hans förehavanden väl dokumenterade så det här kan bli en rolig show, trots allt.

Det här är rakt igenom korrupt. SD tilltvingade sig 14 miljoner av biståndet, men kan nu inte redovisa hur pengarna använts. Ändå ska de få ytterligare 23 mkr. SD plundrar statskassan, och tar pengar som annars skulle gått till fattiga och utsatta. dn.se/sverige/trots-…

The EU has offered Ukraine technical support and funding. The Ukrainians have welcomed and accepted this offer. European experts are available immediately. @Qeruiem @CarlLKPG @Cylinderhatt Dock så får man (jag) känslan av att man i Sverige ställde just den frågan men aldrig tog sig tid att fundera över svaret och istället körde man på. Men så är jag också en ivrig förespråkare av "Hope for the best, plan for the worst" ;-)

@CarlLKPG @Cylinderhatt @patricksoeder Givetvis måste tillverkningsindustri finnas. Frågan är snarare måste den vara inhemsk? Det är inte alla lika självklart.

Andra yrkesgrupper har upplevt det under industrialiseringen. Detta går bara så mycket snabbare.
