I am an anti machine grug in terms of weightlifting. These four machines are awesome, though. 1. Reverse hyper - Single best machine on earth. Every gym should have one. Peak spinal health and stability. 2. Belt squat machine - Louie Simmons invented it and you should always listen to Louie. 3. Hamner Strength vertical incline press - I have never found a machine that hits better than dumbell incline presses, but this is very close. 4. T-Bar row - Who doesn't want a big back?

An obese man is at the gym running on the treadmill like a cheetah with no sign of stopping. He's definitely 300 lbs. Good for him, but it's shocking. I will never not be amazed when seemingly out of shape fat people end up extremely athletic somehow. I had a friend that looked like he couldn't get off the couch that ran a full marathon like it was nothing.
