Yet after two years there is still no approval for the treatment on which final decision should be made within 150 days. The inquiries from the UK parliament clearly indicate that MHRA is the one that causes the delay. $NWBO Hundreds of compassionate use patients received DCVax-L over the past many years. Is this the best evidence that the drug works? $NWBO should have the statistics on those patients. IMO, the main reason that it hasn't been approved yet is because it works amazingly. Another example has been multiple regulators, including US FDA, including just very recently, coming out with new and modernized policies to embrace and start increasing the use of real-world data and real-world evidence. We’ve treated, for example, hundreds of compassionate use patients, and that real-world data is increasingly valuable as the policies move in the direction of embracing and supporting use of that data in regulatory decision making processes.

I think that's important to say when making claims of conditional approval for a company like $NWBO which requires full approval plus label expansion given the time @MHRAgovuk has spent in evaluation.
