Yes, Oklahoma has a better record than Wisconsin, and will have one fewer loss than Wisconsin (should the badgers pull-out the win). The simple argument is two fold: better conference and a better win.

I know that there's still a lot of football left in this #Big10 championship game, but if Wisconsin beats (the) Ohio State, then Wisconsin deserves the number 4 spot over Oklahoma.
