@FredroMonique@Delta@airfrance I did receive it when I returned to the States. @airfrance sent my luggage back to US while I was still in France asking them for my bag.
@patterc6@Delta@airfrance Chris can I ask if you did indeed retrieve your luggage and how? Mine is stuck with Airfrance as well via Delta and I can get no info. I’m inclined to@fly back@to get it myself. This is infuriating.
@Delta, your codeshare agreement with @airfrance is a disaster. Broken, non-reclining seats in premium economy on @airfrance and a non-responsive baggage team at Charles de Gaulle. Nine-day trip to France without luggage that was sitting in @airfrance off-airport facility.
Hi @airfrance , I just wanted to say that you’re the worst. It’s been 3 days now without luggage in literally the other side of the world. No apologies or explanations. So disrespectful and disappointing. Worst customer service ever.

Don’t waste your money. @airfrance is flying planes with broken seats that don’t recline. Paid for premium economy to arrive rested in Paris. No such luck. @airfrance also lost my bag. Was told it’s in a facility with 600+ bags they’ve mishandled.
Unbelievably bad service from @Delta and their codeshare with @airfrance. Paid for “premium economy”. Flew June 24. Bag did not make it on plane in Atlanta despite a 59-minute connection time. @Delta put my bag on 82 to arrive the next day with a “rush”. No luggage after 5 days
