@OMFGrant @Delta @gorillasooner @airfrance I was notified by a random text 30 minutes before it arrived. Although This morning i was told it was still at CDG. And yes I had actually just updated my tag prior to flying luckily as I had never flown with on before.

@AirFranceUS @airfrance @AirFranceKLM @AirFranceFR I have a checked bag that did not make it from the starting point at Geneva to the US. Your phone support says to use the website and then hangs up on me. Your website says a report of missing baggage has to be done within 48hrs

Today is July 11… @delta and @airfrance lost my bag on July 1st. Still waiting on someone to look around their baggage service office and find it… Unreal.

@airfrance do you ever respond to tweets, messages, emails, or facebook posts? Asking because it seems you have absolutely no customer service unless I wait on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone.

@FredroMonique @airfrance Our luggage arrived in Florence the same day but 2 flights later. We went back to the airport lost and found and were taken into the luggage storage areas. We were luckily able to spot ours among thousands. They had no record of our bags arriving. Go back and look for yours!

@airfrance left our bags in Paris. Our entire flight had no baggage on board leaving hundreds of people without luggage. So many bags lost with no hope of finding their owners until they have returned home from their vacation. You ruined trips and wasted peoples money and time.

@mairinoguinn @airfrance What do you mean? Did they just put it on a flight and not tell you? This is crazy, I just want my stuff back!

@airfrance Also @airfrance can you explain why you would put baggage that was delayed on a new flight and NOT RECORD it anywhere so now instead of knowing my baggage is in Paris, I have no idea where it is?

@Delta says they cannot help me (even though i booked these flights through Delta and they all have a DL flight code) because they say the baggage was not brought to the US by @airfrance .

@FredroMonique @Delta It was lost from salt lake city to Paris!!! But it’s somehow in Heathrow, supposedly?? We never flew there and it’s been 18 days and they haven’t once proactively tried to contact us. It’s all me on hold and no one seems to be able to help. I’ve even gone back to the airport. No.

@Delta #deltaairlines 13 days and no response about our suitcase which you’ve effectively stolen.

@Delta It's been 7 days since my daughter arrive from Paris without his baggage, till today his baggage hasn't been found and the Airline don't know either.

@Delta There’s no link, and you never message back with any information. I’ve sent the baggage code. I’ve sent file claim number! It’s been almost 3 weeks and no real information and no idea when we’ll get our bag back. You are all thieves. #DeltaAirlines

@FredroMonique @Delta @airfrance @airfrance sent it back to my home airport after 6 days in their possession. @airfrance had my contact information but sent it to the States without contacting me.

@Delta, your codeshare agreement with @airfrance is a disaster. Broken, non-reclining seats in premium economy on @airfrance and a non-responsive baggage team at Charles de Gaulle. Nine-day trip to France without luggage that was sitting in @airfrance off-airport facility.

@haifeng_huang @KatySade @KLM @Delta I'm so sorry to hear this. I travelled via @airfrance on 12th May and still haven't received my baggage or any update from them. Very poor customer service.
