An updated statement from British Airways following the disruption at London Heathrow Airport on 21 March

@British_Airways So, my mum is flying on BA0247, which is confirmed on your website for today at 21:15. However, the Heathrow Website says that the flight is cancelled!! WHAT SHOULD WE DO? The instructions are not to go to the airport, calling is not working as you are flooded with calls.

@Superdry I then tried Westfield to find the coat size, and they informed me that there were 6 in stock in Oxford Circus (!!!) and 1 in Battersea! I'm trying to call the store in Oxford Circus but after 20 calls (no kidding) 9AM get an answering machine saying that all operators are busy!

@Superdry You customer service in London sucks! I bought a coat that seems impossible to change! I went to the Oxford Circus store where no one seemed to care or be able to help and when asked about a specific size got a reply that they only had the sizes on display.

Hello @MPSIslington @MPSWestminster I got my phone snatched in Mayfair close to Marble Arch now I see my phone hanging around Islington. Awesome!

@metpoliceuk So my phone was snatched in Mayfair a FAMOUS point where people get their phones snatched and now I am following up through find my iPhone and its location. Is anyone interested in doing some PROPER policing and catching this gang?

@metpoliceuk I can literally see the location of my phone. But Met Police preferred to just close the case. As there is NEVER police in a notorious hot spot for phone snatching. Thanks for helping the gangs and not serving the HONEST people.

@LATAM_BRA NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT CRUISING ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK TO BE ABLE TO USE THE TOILET! I haven’t seen any advantage of paying so much extra for this premium besides leaving first the airplane! BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AND BAD IMAGE FOR YOU!!

@LATAM_BRA So we pay R$2,500.00 in a “Premium” ticket to get in a FULL flight on seat at the second row and you “block” the front toilet facility so 200 people use the same toilet at the BACK of the airplane?! VERY SANITARY AND COVID SAFE!

@EconomyBookings So, you cannot answer an email?! You took money from a booking that was cancelled by the vendor!!! We saw by ourselves in the brunch that was not charged in their end!

Just tot thank @British_Airways my flights are now finally sorted, @FlySharpUK called me and rebooked our flights with no extra cost. This of course in the middle of the mess from the travel agency chaos. Lesson learned always book flights straight with the company!

@peaceofmind121 @Flight_Refunds @maj7wl @British_Airways They actually are saying to sort with @FlySharpUK that is claiming that the extra charges are coming directly from @British_Airways that is saying the problem needs to be sorted with @FlySharpUK Incompetence from both are exhausting for us who NEED to travel during this madness

@maj7wl @British_Airways Similar happened to me, had my flight dates changed. But you can sort it out if you dm them. They should give you a refund at least
