Not all AAS hit your HDL equally. How much they lower it depends on your genetics, the compound, and the dose. DHT-derived compounds usually crush HDL the hardest, especially in oral form, while 19-nors, testosterone, and EQ tend to be a bit less harsh. But at the end of the day, all AAS can lower HDL, especially at bodybuilding doses. Stay on top of your blood work and adjust when needed. I am giving creatine another try. I am about 3 weeks in. My stomach is handling 5mg okay. More than that, it's shit my pants. I honestly notice no difference with or without it. Never have. Am I the only one who feels like it basically does nothing?

Mini-cuts: you don’t get lean enough, and you don’t build as much muscle as you could. They’re basically a waste of time because you’re not fully maximizing fat loss or muscle gain. A better strategy is to lean bulk, recover (cruise), then do a hard cut and rebound. A lot of long-time users end up super paranoid and weird as fuck. Dopamine & serotonin out of whack. Amyloid plaque buildup from tren and deca.

I am going to say this loudly for those in the back of class. PROTEIN BARS suck ass. They should never be a regular part of your diet. They are a highly processed trash food which use cheap protein, additives and artificial sweeteners that will fuck your stomach up.
