Fionna & Cake is fantastic. You need to have watched later seasons of Adventure Time to appreciate most of what's going on, but, uh, well, you should do that. So much love and detail in the art, writing, and music. Voices, too! @RealTomKenny's performance is really great.

The Hearthstone standard experience has been miserable for way too long and is only getting worse. I gave it the college try and hit legend last month, but wasn't motivated to play much at legend. Don't give a crap about anomalies. Not fun. I'm done at least until next rotation.

@maxnichols Yea. I mean, most people aren't interested in examining/appraising the storytelling. But IF that's your interest, how can you do so without experiencing it *as told* as opposed to some speculative, imagined experience based on knowing its contents independent of its telling?

Currently explaining to an Australian friend about how health insurance works in my country. They're having a hard time understanding it.

@riseupcomus "You can tell they're lying" is one of the simplest and best moves you can give a new GM.

"Show, don't tell" is great writing advice. It has limited uses in GMing. I often find "Telling directly" to be a pretty good technique: "She seems like she's hiding something." "This guy is racist." "You can see a trapped pressure plate."
