Trump states that the both the war with Iran and Ukraine may be on “similar timetables” for when they could end, before appearing to misspeak and claim that Ukraine is “militarily defeated” while clearly speaking about Iran.

According to Barak Ravid, citing a senior Ukrainian official, Ukraine lodged a complaint with Israel following the docking of a Russian shadow-fleet wheat-laden vessel in Israel’s northern port of Haifa. Per the official, the vessel originated from areas seized by Russia from Ukraine in the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War and Ukraine is requesting that Israel hold the vessel, as it is subject to international sanctions against Russia.

Following further review of the imagery from Kuwait, I have downgraded the assessment to a single CH-47F damaged (although it is likely to be a write-off), and have added the 2x MC-130J lost due to technical issues during the CSAR mission into Iran to recover the WSO from the F-15E - glad to hear that both crew have now been successfully recovered!!

🚽 An unexpected problem with the toilet arose aboard the Artemis II mission
As a result, several hours were needed to fix it, but by midnight, the issue was resolved.
Unlike the Apollo astronauts, who used waste collection bags in the 1960s and 70s, the Artemis II crew has access to a fully functional toilet. It is equipped with a funnel, a seat, and an air flow system to reduce odors and move waste into separate containers.
If the toilet couldn’t be fixed, the crew would have collected urine in bags and feces in containers with odor filters. Fortunately, the problem was resolved in time, and the crew continues their mission, but this underscores how important and complex even the seemingly mundane issue of a toilet in space can be.
