On this day six years ago, Manchester United signed Bruno Fernandes for £47m. 103 goals, 97 assists, 312 appearances & 26,513 minutes later, he is the best signing any club has made in that time. He's one of the club's best ever signings & the best post-Sir Alex. 200 goals & assists. Think about how insane that is. No player comes close in that time. He's gotten better over time. He has kept the club afloat in its darkest moments, given us so many memories in a period where they haven't been so frequent. His loyalty is underrated. He's turned down huge offers to leave & not just from Saudi. His durability is unparalleled. He's missed just six games in six years. He hurt his hamstring, missed 3 games & came back with 3 assists in 3 games. Who does that? The best player in the Premier League & one of the best players in the world. He walks into any team. He is one of the best players I've ever seen, we are lucky to have him - do not take him for granted. An irreplaceable player, human being & an irrepressible creative force. Captain, Leader, Legend.
