A couple of months ago, I did a quick textual comparison of #USMCA vs #TPP. Here is the full article co-authored w/ @uocommonlaw graduate Rama Panford-Walsh. Quick takeaway: 57% textual overlap. + many interesting sub-stories, e.g. refs to "supply chains" systematically erased.
