@SawyerMerritt I have a 2024 Model 3 and just got 14.3.2 over the weekend. I charge to 80% and usually when I get to work I’m at 63%. Today I’m at 68%. Is that because of anything that changed in the new version? Is it using less energy?

Got my 2024 Model 3 there. The whole Tesla. buying experience was awesome. There is no need for a dealership or sales people. The whole process is online, even the financing. It nice to pick your options without the whole sales act. And it is an act. Salespeople replaced by an app.

In all my years following Tesla, I have never had an experience at a showroom quite like this. For over a decade Tesla tried to get a sales and delivery center in Connecticut, but the dealer franchise laws made it impossible. State legislatures, many backed by the stealership lobby, repeatedly blocked proposals for allowing direct sales, and continue to do so today. However, in 2023, The Mohegan Tribe reached out a hand, welcoming Tesla to their flagship Mohegan Sun casino, located on their own sovereign land, governed by their own laws, where Tesla could operate freely. The dealerships were up in arms over it, saying Tesla was evading the law, and one politician in particular, former Connecticut State Senate Minority Leader John McKinney, even threatened the Mohegan Tribe for daring to exercise their sovereign rights, "There's a lot of things Connecticut can do to make life very uncomfortable for the sovereign tribes." Despite the dealer lobby claims that Tesla's direct sales hurts consumers, and political threats to the sovereign rights of the tribe, I can say that three years later, the Mohegan / Tesla partnership is stronger than ever, as I got to see it in action while picking up a Cyberbeast for a 48hr demo drive. The casino generously allows Tesla use of a massive shaded canopy for deliveries, the showroom is in a prime location between the gaming floor, hotel check-in, and shopping center, and there are ~60 Tesla destination chargers on site for guests to use. I dropped off the Cyberbeast today, and the showroom was FLOODED with people *on a Sunday*. In the past, when I have been at a Tesla showroom during a big rush, it's common to see overwhelmed and agitated advisors (which I can totally understand). But not this team, the employees at Tesla Mohegan Sun were nothing but welcoming, every single one had a smile on their face, and they were so full of energy as they helped guests with questions, took them on demo drives, and completed deliveries. They represent everything that customer service should be at Tesla. Other locations need to be modeling off this team of advisors and their leadership. Even with my demo drive they went above and beyond, detailing the truck before my arrival, charging it up, and checking in on me each day ensuring everything was going smoothly. I am truly in awe of what I have experienced this weekend. Such a great location, great people, and a great partnership between @Tesla and @MoheganSun. A partnership that benefits consumers in a way no dealership could ever, ever, match.

The longest Talking Filibuster of all time was 60 days. The House passed the Save America Act 75 days ago. John Thune has had 75 days to get the Save America Act passed without any Senate rule changes. No excuse is acceptable.

The events of Saturday night were horrifying. It is difficult to believe that this is the third time President Trump has faced an assassination attempt. I am thankful for the many law enforcement officers who responded, in particular those who secured the shooter before he could harm the president or anyone else at the event. Political violence is never the answer, and it must end.

@mikepat711 I have similar issues - sometimes if finds my driveway, sometimes not. Pulls in garage, doesn’t. Backs out onto dead end street, sometimes goes for dead end. 14.2.2.5

Can someone smarter than me help me understand why FSD nails these sometimes, but totally fails other times? Is it just a map data thing and not the model? This is the correct “stop, except right turn” behavior, but it usually stops, which isn’t correct.

@munster_gene Gene - I have a 2024 Model 3 and yes, ever since the 14.x versions were released I went from occasional use to 100%. The reason being was I finally felt confident with the way the car drove. I’m now much more relaxed.

FSD subs grew 16% q/q (reported). FSD miles driven grew 93% q/q (looking at the chart in the deck). My take: Hard to believe. Looking for confirmation on the call that FSD miles driven grew that much quarter over quarter. If true, that shows existing subs are using FSD a lot more. $TSLA

@MattWallaceTech I still have 14.2.2.5. I’ve seen it make strange choices so I went into Google Maps on my phone, same start and destination. Same stupid route.

Anybody else having issues with Teslas navigation? Instead of making this simple right turn to get to my destination it takes the long way around and takes way longer.

Tesla just saved the day — and my dad’s dignity. My parents were wrapping up a quick visit when chaos hit. Dad was about to head out the door to meet my mom and me at the airport… except he couldn’t find his car keys anywhere. We were already across town in her car, time was ticking, and there was zero chance anyone could loop back to pick him up without missing the flight. Panic set in. Then I remembered… My Tesla was sitting at home. I pulled out the app, remotely unlocked the doors, and hit the start button. Boom. The car was alive and ready, no keys required. Dad hopped in, punched in the airport address, then looked at the screen with a grin and asked the magic question: “Can I use FSD?” 🤣 A few minutes later he rolled up right on time, chilling in the driver’s seat while the car handled the whole drive like a pro. Saved by Tesla, delivered in style by Full Self-Driving. Dad’s new favorite chauffeur? Definitely not me.

@Tesla_AI @elonmusk Can’t wait for 14.3.1. Still on 14.2.2.5 and went on a road the car doesn’t usually take. It found every giant pothole and aimed right for them. There are so many that I had to disengage for fear of damaging the car.

I’m just going to say it and I know I’ll get some hate for it, but v14.2.2.5 is the worst FSD release since v14. Constantly in the wrong lane, a lot of weird maneuvers, so many additional nav errors, routing, speed control, parking, and that’s just to name a few. v14.3 cannot come soon enough.
