Disturbing bodycam footage released by the Seattle Police Department this week shows a police officer, Daniel Auderer, laughing with a fellow officer over the phone about the death of a 23-year-old woman,  Jaahnavi Kandula, who was hit and killed by an officer who was driving 74 mph while responding to a call in January.
