@MarioNawfal @Peoples_Pundit Yea. Their plan is to let Trump blow them to pieces and destroy their economy and wait for the last laugh. Maybe the Islamic Republic is even dumber than we are?

Trump's Fmr. Lawyer Robert Barnes says Trump thinks he's escalating to make Iran capitulate, but in reality, Tehran has learned how to play him. That is what makes this moment so dangerous. Trump appears to believe the war can still be ended quickly if he just applies a little more pressure and moves further up the escalation ladder. Then wait for Iran to surrender, but Robert says Iran is never going to give him that. For Trump, this is a war he wants to finish on favorable terms; for Iran, it's existential. That means Washington and Tehran are not operating with the same tolerance for pain, the same timeline, or the same definition of victory. And Tehran now understands the man across the table better than he understands himself. Iran has watched Trump repeatedly convince himself that another strike will finally produce the submission the previous strikes failed to achieve. Then, when the opposite happens, he becomes frustrated and escalates again. Iran appears to be exploiting that weakness with a disciplined tit-for-tat strategy rather than random escalation or total war. Each move raises the cost without immediately giving Trump the clean pretext he might want for unlimited escalation. Robert thinks Iran is studying his psychology and asking one question before every major action: Will this provoke him too early, or will it punish and humiliate him at exactly the right moment? That distinction is crucial because humiliation may be Trump’s greatest vulnerability. @barnes_law

The Black Detroiters Instagram page, followed by 165K people, just shared these images accusing “foreign lobbies and corporate interests” supporting U.S. Rep. Haley Stevens of misleading Black voters over the Obama ads.

@realfbllliason His leverage is to play one more year then sign an even bigger offer sheet that makes him and UFA sooner than they want when they won’t have cap space.

@realfbllliason You are correct except his “patient” is Leo. And if Leo says he can talk then he can. He seemed to be offering some cover to Anaheim imo.

I personally have a real problem with the agent of Leo Carlsson coming out and talking about the deal with the Anaheim Ducks! That should be done behind closed doors just like a doctor shouldn’t be able to talk about his patient #FlyTogether

The Detroit Tigers finish the day 5.5 GB in the AL Central and 4.5 GB of a playoff spot. Don’t trade Skubal. The division is extremely winnable. The AL is weak. Go for it.

@TomLeonard28 Idk. I’m sure they explained it. Maybe they are spending more to keep electricians or trained workers ? Are you against that ? Maybe the cost of goods needed to upgrade equipment has risen ? Why don’t you look into it.

DTE recently received a $242 million rate hike and is now asking for $474 million more. Consumers got a $276 million rate increase and now want another $456 million. Each increase would be nearly 10%. How is this justified?

With each day that passes, I become more convinced the #Ducks are not going to match Leo Carlsson’s offer sheet. If they were completely comfortable matching from Day 1, I’m not convinced we’d still be waiting.

An executive to Greg Wyshynski : “I really think this is a decision that could cost him his job.”👀 The exec is essentially saying that no matter which way it goes, how Verbeek handled this whole situation the tough negotiations with multiple young RFAs, plus a public promise he might not be able to keep could be enough to get him fired, regardless of the final Carlsson verdict Sounds like the clock's ticking Pat! #NHL #OfferSheet #FlyTogether #LetsGoFlyers

Factoring in the reported contracts for John Collins, Kevin Huerter & Javonte Green and the Gary Harris/Taurean Prince acquisitions, I've got the Pistons at about $42.8M under the luxury tax. That's enough room to give Jalen Duren a 25% of the cap max without going into the tax.

Elon Musk, the literal richest man on the planet–the world’s first TRILLIONAIRE–is paying the SAME amount in Social Security taxes as an electrician who makes $185,000 a year.   That's outrageous.    We need to scrap the cap so the richest people in the world pay their fair share.
