“your internal work reflects in public.” that’s exactly it. i think we’re conditioned to equate visibility with progress. if it’s not posted, did it even happen? but the most real shifts i’ve had this year happened entirely offscreen. glad we’re both doing the inside work. it shows, even when you think it doesn’t.
