इनवेस्टिगेटिव जर्नलिस्ट- @SauravDassss ने खबर की है कि दिल्ली के जिस Excise Policy case में Justice Swarnakanta के यहाँ केस चल रहा है। उनके दोनों लॉयर बच्चे- ईशान शर्मा और सांभवी शर्मा, दोनों Govt of India के lawyers empanelled में शामिल हैं और सॉलिसिटर जनरल- Tushar Mehta के साथ काम करते हैं। ये तुषार मेहता वहीं वकील हैं जिन्हें मोदी सरकार के द्वारा Excise Policy case में कोर्ट के सामने खड़ा किया जाता है। मतलब जिस जज के यहाँ सुनवाई, उन्हीं के बच्चे इन वकील साहब के यहाँ काम करते हैं। जो सीधा-सीधा कॉन्फ़्लिक्ट ऑफ़ इंट्रेस्ट है। पत्रकार सौरव दास ने लिखा है कि- Justice Swarnakanta के बेटे ईशान शर्मा को 2023 में 2,487 cases, 2024 में 1,784 cases और 2025 में 1,633 cases एलोकेट किए गये। जो कि बड़े बड़े वकीलों के मुक़ाबले भी काफ़ी ज़्यादा हैं। सौरव दास की ये रिपोर्ट काफ़ी चिंताजनक है। न्यायपालिका को हर वो कदम उठाना चाहिए जो उसकी विश्वसनीयता को बढ़ाएँ। ऐसे कॉन्फ़्लिक्ट ऑफ़ इंट्रेस्ट केस पर प्रभाव डाल सकते हैं। Link- x.com/sauravdassss/s…

Understand this; 1. BJP gets voters deleted, most of whom have been identified as voting against them. This they have probably done using data available exclusively to them from the EC or from monitoring booth wise results. This is done using Form 7. 2. They inject fake voters into the voting list using Form 6. These fake voters may never come to vote but once the voter exists in the voter list, someone can cast a vote on that serial number. These entries can be used to cast votes in bulk anytime during the voting process, but is mostly done after the end of polling hours. Because of this, the Election Commission is not making video of polling available as that will expose the absence of voters at the polling booth but rise in voting percentage. So, how does one tackle this problem. The only way this problem can be tackled is to do booth by booth voter list check. The opposition should direct all its energies to identify these fake voters at booth level. This can only be done by their party volunteers who are working at booth level and know the voters personally. Booth wise, the count is not much, just 1200 odd people form a booth. The volunteers should take the final voting list that is made available and physically visit 1200 voters to confirm that they exist. Those not found at the given address should be flagged. By dividing the job on booth basis, it would become possible to catch the voter fraud. Can you suggest some other method of detecting voter fraud? I think there is urgent need to monitor these cctv or a certain someone can record the booth from outside premises after 6 pm. If at all there is voter presence, it should be within premises and must be handful not in lakhs to turn the percentage to 6-10 percrnt by next morning. All parties must be on vigil and check premises from outside and record it.. If all booths are recorded at an angle which shows after 6 pm the booth and its premises....with date and timing recording... At some point later it will come in handy.... We have to join in some fight, its not street fight always, but leaving everything to the opposition is not reasonable option.
