@alivargonen @AmeliaBalyn @UKtraveleditor I am chasing up the connection issue. We have not had a unit in Turkey for 2 years. If it works we are sending out a replacement, and if not we are refunding in full. I do apologise.

My 2nd daily 'I'm grateful for new tech' item is the brilliant (albeit not perfect, but almost) @pawtrack If your cat likes to go walkabout or gets stuck in unexpected places, you will not regret getting this. Has saved me so much stress since I got it a year ago. NOT an ad.

@Vegas21 You should not have to log back in. I use iPhone too and don’t have to.

@Vegas21 The collar will remember all settings, they do not need to be resent.

@pawtrack My cat is out with the tracker on. I have emailed. Was enjoying tracking him but if you come out of the app and log back in we are gracing to reset it again
