Couldn’t be more wrong. Madden 05 was probably the game I played most as a kid. Player models were nice looking and proportional especially compared to 2K. Also loved the gameplay, immersion, and customization. Spent endless hours editing rosters. Had tons of gear. It also had the best running animations I’ve ever seen. I could go on.
Again, just wrong! I want to bring the game back to what made the 05 games great. And up to a level that matches where I dreamed these games would go.
I don’t care about graphic realism and super-accurate facescans. I care about proportions and design. The fits of the equipment. It should match the basic silhouette of the players we see on the field today. You can do that with PS2 graphics or PS5.
And then yeah, I want all the cool drip.

@BALDMANBAUN Thats because the vast majority of players grew up playing these games where they had no likeness. It was just the player number and name that let us know who it was. If you cry about this, you are telling everybody you were not alive when Madden 05 was out.
