Heading into Memorial Day weekend and my local gas station is up $0.10/gallon today. Up to $4.39, which is just under the WA state average. National average is $3.20.

@Not_2813308004 @geoffschwartz OSU gets onside kick, then Oregon gets a TD instead of stopped on 4th and goal. And Oregon gets their best edge rusher back who missed entire game, and kicks the extra point on first TD, and does not miss a field goal on 3rd series, and makes the two point conversion. Deal?

@geoffschwartz And OSU keeps Judkins’ fumble; the “onside kick” is recovered by OSU; and Offensive P.I. isn’t called. Also OSU gets the starting LT back for the season. Also that intentional 12-man penalty is upgraded to Unsportsmanlike 15-yarder. Deal?

I really need the Oregon fan base to use some critical thinking on the gameday picker suggestions. Pritchard has a game in Boston that night. No NFL player with a game on Sunday is going to be the picker. Sabrina was the picker in 2022 and has WNBA Finals.

Joe Lorig on long snapper Luke Basso: "I'm super proud of Luke. Luke is one of the best long snappers in the country. The last guy that I coached, Chris Stoll, starts for the Seahawks, and he looks every bit as good as him, no question."

Here are some facts about Portugal 🇪🇸 you maybe didn’t know: 1. It is a Spanish province so they must do what the Spaniards say 2. They speak Spanish, a language that originated in South America (specifically Mexico) 3. They have not produced a single athlete that anyone would recognize 4. After the Statue of Liberty, they are home to the second tallest man made structure on earth - a statue of Jesus. 5. Jesus was a great American who wrote the Bible in English, so the Portuguese would need a Spanish translation to understand it

Graham was credited with 41 tackles in the 1971 Civil War. I might need film on that to verify. 😎
Talkin' Ducks@talkinducksshow

52 days until #GoDucks’ 2024 season kicks off! 🦆 At #52 in the Talkin’ Ducks countdown to Oregon’s first game on Aug. 31, we celebrate former lineman, Tom Graham!  Graham played at Oregon from 1969-1971, and finished his college career with 433 tackles, which remains the program’s record. His 206 tackles in 1971 also remain the program’s high mark. While at Oregon he earned First-Team All-Pac-8 twice (1969, 1970). Graham was inducted into the University of Oregon Hall of Fame in 2001. He was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 1972 NFL Draft. During his 7-year long professional career, he also spent time with the Kansas City Chiefs, the San Diego Chargers and the Buffalo Bills.
