Thank you so much to @pbigeneva and @PBIGermany for offering me this invaluable opportunity to attend training on using UN human rights mechanisms, including the Human Rights Council, Special Procedures, Treaty Bodies, and the Universal Periodic Review. It is a real honour to be part of this initiative and to learn alongside such a dedicated team of like yanick. The programme has really shaped my mind on how deepened my understanding of how to strategically engage with these mechanisms and strengthened my confidence in using them to promote human rights in my context. I truly appreciate the time, expertise, and support of the great trainer, a busy gentle who couldn’t spend a few seconds without being in one meeting or having em both at once 😂. as well as @PBIGermany for the opportunity to connect with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, which has inspired me to continue advocating more effectively at both national and international levels.
