@HamezLyons @LFC Every day, don't need to wait until match day, especially if you're in Dublin. For example, there were drops this morning for Villa, which isn't until the weekend. It'll take a bit of effort though for some games, but you'll get them mate.

@British_Airways Hey, I called them and they told me it was issued as expected, giving me a reference number and a date, and confirming it was to my exec number. I’ve since called 3 different British airways numbers and every time been told to call a different number. Please could you help?

@pbruce7 If it's not reflecting on your account, you would need to contact American Express directly, I'm afraid. I'm sorry to pass you back to them, but they are the ones who will need to issue the voucher for you. Kevin B
