I’ve now had the chance to look at this in more detail. Worse than I thought. It proposes the blatant US expropriation of Ukrainian resources, including huge reparation payments and claims to half of Ukraine’s oil, gas, and hydrocarbon resources plus almost all its metals and much of its infrastructure. This would all be done by a United States-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund controlling Ukraine’s “critical minerals or other minerals, oil, natural gas, fuels or other hydrocarbons and other extractable materials”. The Fund would be based — wait for it — in Delaware and effectively be under US control. I suspect Zelensky could get better terms from Putin!

@bbc5live the speaker called the offender a ‘poor defenceless person’ on the floor’. These people had injured 3 officers and broken the nose of a wpc. The police should be able to use equal or greater force to protect themselves and the public..They were not innocent people
