I’m thrilled to announce we’ve raised $44M to build a new home for product design. Meet @noondesign. No workflow is more broken and fragmented in 2026 than the product designers’. The very same people who care most about building software don’t have software purpose built for them. @kushagrasinha7 and I have lived this problem first hand as designers ourselves. That’s why we built Noon. The first product design tool that works entirely on your product code, so you can design not only how a product looks, but also how it works. With AI at its core that works in seconds, not minutes. For the first time, you can create, iterate, build, test and ship. All in one canvas. No translations or roundtrips to the codebase and back. Comment “Get Noon” and we’ll get you on the list for early access.

Excited to share that I've joined Warp (@joinwarp) as a Design Engineer. Warp is building an AI-native employee management system that actually scales. The mission is to become the system modern companies use to hire, pay, and stay compliant, without the constant manual overhead. When Ayush presented this challenge, two things stood out immediately: the problem is real, and this team has the conviction to solve it. I couldn't turn it down. We've already raised over $25M to fix these problems from some incredible investors including Sound Ventures, YC, SV Angel, Homebrew and founders and operators from Dropbox, Cruise, OpenAI, and Brex. The momentum is real, but what excites me most is the chance to shape a product that helps modern companies run without friction. Thanks to Ayush and the team for the warm welcome and the opportunity. Looking forward to building something special.

Shared Spaces is our latest product launch to coincide with our Series F. I still can't believe this is my job. I joined @harvey as an engineer but now I get to make stuff like this. Maybe a hot take but creative work can be just as challenging as engineering. There were moments this past weekend that felt like I was working through an algorithm. Just with storyboards instead of whiteboards. Thanks @studiojoa for being such a reliable production partner and always coming in clutch to fruitinize(tm) our videos <3

shiny new thing syndrome: people love coining new words for old problems. they get excited by "new ideas" and rush to build new frameworks, new concepts, new abstractions – when what they actually need already exists. it just needs to be more robust, more extensible, better fitted with the rest of the system. shiny new thing syndrome adds unnecessary complexity. every new thing tips the balance of the whole. if you keep adding, and adding, and suddenly you have a tower of abstractions that's too complicated to reason about. it becomes unstable. fragile. the real art isn't in creating new things – it's in seeing what's already there. lose the blinders. look at the whole, not just the part you're excited about. don't over-optimize every single piece. sometimes the best move is to use what exists and make it better, not reinvent it with a shinier name. most things aren't new. they're just repackaged. the concepts underneath are the same – databases, views, functions, state. if you can see past the surface, you realize we're all just rearranging the same fundamental pieces. the question isn't "what new thing can i build?" it's "what already works that i can make truly better?"
