Food prep is probably the hardest part of dieting, especially when working nights and you're awake for a good number of hours more than normal. 1500cals for the next 12hrs..

What @ArgosPets insurance think is acceptable to charge for 12 months pet insurance for Ted. An increase of £150 from last year and almost double what I pay to insure my car! Good old excuse of "he's a Frenchie"..yup a Frenchie that hasn't made a single claim in his 4yrs.
