@Xfinity I had to cancel TV because channels kept going out and after 7 visits you couldn’t fix the problem. Your trucks are in my neighborhood every week including now at 10:00! You keep sending techs when the problem is clearly on your end! There are no more wires to replace!

@Rashy_SairS The estimated time of restoration for the town of Bethel to be substantially complete is: Tuesday, August 11, 2020 by 6 p.m. We have our crews and assistance from other states working around the clock to restore power to everyone in the state.

This schedule of restorations for our cities and towns should act as deadlines, with a clear goal of getting power and air conditioning back sooner. I expect and demand that Eversource act with urgency over the coming days.

@EversourceCT @demiibunny I had an ETR of 8:00 pm 2 days ago. Never got restored. It’s been “evaluating” ever since. How can they not have ETRs after 5 days! And I’m sick of hearing how much they have done and the number of trucks they have. Tell us where they are!!
