@googlenesthelp Hi, I am trying to install a Nest Thermostat E. It has connected to my wifi etc. And is in the app, but when trying to set up the Heatlink, I get a TH030 error code. I have already done a factory reset and also restarted my router.

@googlenesthelp Hi. I have just tried all that but with exactly the same result as before.

@pdblythe Thanks for the photos. Can you restart your phone? Also, remove the batteries of the Heat Link, insert them back again, press on Nest button until yellow light appears. Then bring the thermostat and the phone closer to the router and try pairing it again. Keep us posted.

@googlenesthelp Hi. I have rebooted my router, the display, and the heat link numerous times, including just now. My Bluetooth is always on. The display connects to my WiFi etc but then will not complete setup with the heat link. Here are the latest series of screenshots from the app
