First thing I do when I get to any city is buy a bunch of bottled water for my room. Maybe if hotels didn’t fleece you on the cost in room it wouldn’t be necessary. Place I stay when in LA a large bottle 79 cents Trader Joe’s next door. Smaller bottle in room at hotel : $8
