This press conference was held last Saturday 20th August at Boma Hotel in Gulu. A task force headed by Governor Emeritus John Magezi Ndamira is in place to coordinate the fundraising initiative for the same.

Airline traffic control involves directing safe movement of aircrafts arriving and departing along all air routes. Uganda has great professionals in Air Traffic Control. I was honored to present a paper on professional conduct and impressed by their passion & commitment.
