@IOSyIslam @LarsUJohnson @mattcrayne I think the KSAOs argument being made (usually unknowingly) is that PGs (Kidd, Fisher, Kerr, etc) who ran the team on the floor as a player have at least some of the KSAOs to translate to running the team from bench as a coach.
