Personally, I think it’s a psychological power-play to get military personnel on the back-foot from the start of the meeting by completely removing them from their familiar environment.

The amount of meetings that I attend in civilian clothing has me asking: Are we a military that’s desperate to be a business? The Army gave me business clothes so why I wear them to industry partner meetings 🤷‍♂️

In case anyone was wondering, I have set a totally arbitrary temperature limit of 28C before shorts should be considered. Don't @ me, I will not budge on this matter.

I'm down the pub. The warm weather has brought out a superabundance of lady flesh. Bless them all, well, most of them. Unfortunately the sun has also meant some men think it is acceptable to wear shorts.
