No matter how long you do something, there are times in life where you get to experience truly unique and special things. Being part of Team Great Britain for the @WBCBaseball was just that experience for me! Thank you again @GB_Baseball 🫶 #allingb #worldbaseballclassic #mlb

Not only can forced scap retraction be counterproductive, it can also lead to late layback which puts higher stress on the elbow. Fluid sequencing is usually the best course of action in all sports but especially in pitching. #mlb #baseballdevelopment
Ben Brewster@TreadAthletics

While scap retraction is generally associated with ⬆️ velocity, as I've discussed before, cheating it can be counterproductive. If you can relax/pendulum (instead of yank) the throwing arm, it will dynamically pass through retraction, allowing for a well-timed pull into release.

@DNVR_Nuggets Bull 💩! There are many things you can reflect on & own publicly as a mistake but firing not one but 2 people is not!! Either u suck at decision maker or you suck at trying to fool people into taking your side on the decision. Regardless YOUR’RE an ass and should fire yourself!

Josh Kroenke on firing Michael Malone and Calvin Booth: “To be frank, neither of them deserved it. And for that, I apologize...I needed to be better (too)...ultimately, I made the decision last week with the hope of trying to rejuvenate the group.” "This season is not over."

No doubt! Change arm slots and work with deception on the fly, would definitely make it very hard to rely on analytics. Science relays on facts therefore you could theoretically disrupt that by changing the “facts, especially real-time @spillygoat19 @DanEvans108 @FASTBaseballCO
Brian Jordan@BrianJordan303

Any @MLB team willing to be disruptive could do so by having veteran pitchers who can analyze scouting reports but still read swings and allowed to go off script. The game is getting very controlled so therefore very vulnerable to disruption! @Buster_ESPN #MLB #baseballanalytics

@BrianJordan303 @peak_303 Same with Marucci and the analysis seems to be amazing but is obviously very exclusive to pro ball guys. There’s some cool YouTube videos that walk through their session fitting with Julio Rodriguez and it’s awesome.
