@SP_EnergyPeople hi- I’ve recieved an email saying ‘we need to get your account back on track.’ Raising my direct debits but £26- however I’m £442 in credit so I’ve actually overpaid so there’s nothing to get back on track? Make it make sense 🤦🏼‍♀️
