Dall-E: will replace designers Copilot: will replace engineers OpenAI: will replace copywriters Product Managers are safe because AI can’t sit poolside drinking margaritas while giving thumbs up emojis in Slack yet.

If your reaction to a software practice or codebase is to search for some reason that it's Morally Impure, you probably won't ship much software. The world is messy. Being good at the work means, in part, learning which messes will and won't actually catch fire.

Smaller companies can’t do that because all they have is *their* small range of products. Never forget, your company’s products could be next. Go local, go small. Support a friend. 🙌

If I could get just one shop to move to Shopify before the end of June. Which one should I focus on? Anything goes. The bigger the better. I'm feeling confident with the step change we've shipped with checkout/queue/bots/scale. 👇🏽

Company culture is not written down, it’s acted out. A company’s culture is a 50-day moving average of *how it is*, not how it thinks it is, wants to be, or was supposed to be.

I don't have a CS degree...or any degree. Some of our best engineers at GitHub never even graduated high school. But also, some of them had a BS, masters, or PhD in CS. Amazing programmers come from all backgrounds. Using formal education as a hiring filter is nonsense.

The idea of banning private cars in cities might sound wild to some, but it's absolutely feasible and would dramatically improve urban life. These inspiring graphics allow us to visualize what streets would look like, before and after. nytimes.com/2020/07/09/opi…

@kommunenhippie Da du keinen State auf dem Server veränderst könnte man immer erstmal mit GET anfangen. Ich vermute mal das wrapper object brauch eine ID um zu wissen was es wrappen soll?
