తెలంగాణ జన జీవన ఆరాట పోరాటాలను కథలుగా మలుస్తున్న గొప్ప రచయిత పెద్దింటి అశోక్ కుమార్ గారు. ఇటీవలే ఆయన రాసిన 'మాయి ముంత' కథలను చదివాను. అందులో మాయి ముంత, సావు దప్పు, జిద్దు వంటి కథలు నన్ను లోతుగా కదిలించాయి. అవి కేవలం కథలు కావు, మన అస్తిత్వపు వేదనలు. భారతీయ సాహిత్యంలో కలకాలం నిలిచిపోయే అద్భుతమైన రచనలివి. మట్టి పరిమళాల రచయిత అశోక్ కుమార్ గారికి నా హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు.
