Maybe you should read the bill!! The "Bipartisan" Border Bill Promoted By Democrats Was Inherently Flawed. Under that bill, 1,824,635 aliens can cross the border in a year without the "mandatory activation" occurring, and the "mandatory activation" can still be suspended if the number is higher. That is the fundamental issue with the bill, which was my primary objection. Pages 211-219 of the bill reference the "mandatory activation" that can be "waived" (it's not quite mandatory if it is waived). Also, it is specifically restricted to only being activatable upon an average of 4,000 alien encounters per day over seven consecutive days (i.e., 28,000 aliens per week). The "mandatory activation" that can be "waived" is after 5,000 alien encounters per day over a seven-day period. The bill was open border light!!

@marygribbin809 It’s definitely human. It has human DNA, and is developing into a human, and will be human when fully developed. Just because you can freeze humans when they’re in early stages of development does not mean they’re not human.

I stole this... Fun fact: human embryos can be put in cryo freeze to be stored and used at a later date to make a baby. A newborn cannot be put into cryo freeze because... Well it would die. You know why an embryo doesn't die when it's put into cryo freeze? Because it's not an actual human.
