@UBAGroup I see u people don't want to return my money.after almost two weeks I filled the failed transaction form,na story I do get everyday from ur customer service.when it comes for charges to be deducted in my account,u people no go waste time to do it

@cenbank ,I had a failed POS transaction and my account was still debited.i have complained to the bank but till now,no favourable response.How long do I have to wait before making a formal complaint to the CBN

@UBACares .I did a POS transaction today morning for 31000 naira.i was debited and the transaction was not successful.i hope that can be corrected soonest

@MTN180 on the 7th June 2019,my data of 23G was illegally cleared by mtn. I have called the customer service now on several occasions,and the best they tel me is technical dept working on it. How long will this last
