@fav83com @arvidkahl This is actually very interesting. I’ll play around with it this week. Sure I will find plenty of stuff like you mentioned

@arvidkahl Quite interesting that I recently made a skill that does the opposite. It goes through the whole test suite and looks for useless tests or tests that can be consolidated.

Okay this might be totally obvious but you can just tell Claude Code to double your test coverage and it will actually do it. Will need a lot of review, but if you’re just getting started with adding tests to your code, have the AI take a shot. Highest impact overnight task.

@arvidkahl But then, once I discovered it, Claude did pretty good at investigating the root of the issue, solved it and created new tests to ensure it would not happen again. Outstanding how performant you become. My tech debt now is all about feature testing only.

@arvidkahl Then I told Claude to add a general (mono repo) formatter for all types of files present in the repo: TF, scripts, markdown, python, TS, go, among others, and did an excellent job; except for the fact that some EOF line controls on injecting JSON env vars to TF broke dev and prod

If the Telegram MCP skill for Claude code isn't working in a way that the Telegram bot does not respond to you: On a Mac, at least, is because you needed to run `brew install oven-sh/bun/bun` first

Opus died - switched to Sonnet. Cleaned up all stale branches. For each open PR, performing a full in-depth technical review finding issues by criticality + GO/NO GO decision. Then fix the findings and review again. Post on each PR. Parallelism. Productivity 🚀

We've been building an internal Claude Code plugin system at Intercom with 13 plugins, 100+ skills, and hooks that turn Claude into a full-stack engineering platform. Lots done, more to do. Here's a thread of some highlights.

I find that two main reasons for which you'd typically drop a side project or simply even not start it was due to lack of time and errors solving frustration (w/ time consumption). We're now in the time when you can simply create most of the software you imagine in record time!

@JonhernandezIA @PalantirTech Right. Though most of the demo, I bet, is just a demo. I am sure most of those actionable items are still needing many other manual intervention steps in between. But, we’re surely leaning towards it.

@AlpacaAurelius The part nobody talks about is how the effect compounds. Day one it makes your morning better. Six months in it’s restructured your sleep, your eating, your energy, and your mental health. 45 minutes a day quietly rewires everything.
