Wow - This has created a great debate about parenting, I love to see it! 🙌 I can’t help but notice tho- there are some utter melts responding to this🤣 To those people - Allow me to push you right over the edge then…(trigger warning!) In addition to my football approach - My 5 year old son also does tennis. We insist the coach ‘scores’ his performance, to him, out of 10 each time. My boy is gutted when he scores below 8, but knows if so, he must try harder next time to beat his own score. He bursts with pride when he achieves it. At a recent swim lesson, he messed around the whole time. So when we got home, he had to give me his pocket money box. I took ‘pennies’ from it (which he was most upset about!) whilst explaining that if he wants to mess around during a lesson, he can ‘pay’ for it himself & waste his own money. He hasn’t messed around there, during lesson time, again. And during his first ever ‘fun run’ - When the event had finished & everyone else was sat, I convinced him to push himself & run a whole extra lap, alone. He did so, with gusto. I push him as best I can. I don’t indulge (and never will) so-called ‘gentle parenting’, victimhood, trigger warnings, safe-spaces or loser mentalities. I will teach him that life can be hard & that he will be knocked. And that’s ok. But always, always dust yourself off, go again & do whatever it is, to the best of your ability. But - I serve all this (and more), alongside a staple diet of: deep love, support, affection, fun, spontaneity, adventures, laughter, happiness and hugs. I hope all of these ingredients (and others) combine to one day create a wonderful man. One filled with motivation, decency, integrity, strength, self-belief, respect, competitiveness, courage, resilience, grit, accountability, confidence, grace, kindness, compassion, happiness, humour, good manners, good banter and a whole lot more (including a Hull accent! 🤣🤣)… If so…that for me, is parenting done well and I’ll say again, an approach which, if many others adopted - would see this country (and our young people!) in a far better place than it currently is. 👍🏻

My 5 year old boy does football training. At the end of the session they do a ‘man of the match’ type thing. My boy is always desperate to win it. He often doesn’t. I explained to him the other day that he didn’t win simply because he wasn’t good enough. That he deffo could win, but he just needs to be better, try harder, be more focused etc. One of the other mums heard me & was aghast at what I said. She told me she is going to get ‘runner-up stickers’ for all the kids who don’t make it. I said no thanks, not for my son. Kids need to learn that they can be the best, but they must apply themselves & dust themselves off when it doesn’t go their way. No consolation prizes, no ‘everyone’s a winner’ etc. There are winners & losers. Wanna win - do your best. Can’t make it? Don’t worry, go & smash something else. Play to your strengths & never, ever play the victim. If more parents & institutions had this attitude, the country would be in a better place - if I say so myself 😉 Cc @KonstantinKisin x.com/KonstantinKisi…

The USA is the greatest country on earth.
Dustin@r0ck3t23

Elon Musk just defended America better than every politician in Washington combined. Musk: “After World War 2, the US could have basically taken over the world and any country. Like we got nukes, nobody else got nukes. We don’t even have to lose soldiers. Which country do you want?” One nation on earth held a weapon nobody else had. Total dominance. Zero competition. No risk of retaliation. Every empire in history that held that kind of advantage used it. Rome. The Mongols. The British. The Ottomans. They conquered until they collapsed. America had a bigger advantage than all of them combined. And it rebuilt the countries it just defeated. Musk: “The United States actually helped rebuild countries. So it helped rebuild Europe, it helped rebuild Japan. This is very unusual behavior, almost unprecedented.” Almost unprecedented? It had never happened before. Not once in 5,000 years of recorded history. The Marshall Plan wasn’t foreign aid. It was the most radical act of restraint any superpower ever committed. America turned its enemies into allies. Turned rubble into economies. Turned surrender into partnership. Germany went from ashes to the economic engine of Europe in a generation. Japan went from unconditional surrender to the third largest economy on earth. Three years after the war, America was flying food into Berlin. A city in the heart of the nation that just tried to destroy it. That’s not policy. That’s a civilization deciding what it is at the exact moment it has the power to be anything. You’re being told a story right now. That America is the villain of history. You hear it everywhere. Media. Universities. Social platforms. Musk: “There’s always like, well America’s done bad things. Well of course America’s done bad things, but one needs to look at the whole track record.” Every nation on earth has dark chapters. Every single one. The difference is what a country does when nobody can stop it. And when nobody could stop America, it fed its enemies and rebuilt their cities. Musk: “The history of China suggests that China is not acquisitive. Meaning they’re not going to go out and invade a whole bunch of countries.” Probably right. China has historically built walls, not fleets. But the real question isn’t about borders anymore. We’re approaching a moment that mirrors 1945 in ways nobody has fully processed yet. AI is going to give a handful of people a power advantage that makes nuclear monopoly look quaint. If someone is going to hold that kind of power, who do you want it to be? The country that conquered when it could? Or the one that rebuilt when it didn’t have to? Every alliance. Every trade route. Every economy. Billions lifted out of poverty. All of it traces back to one act of restraint that had never been done before. And carries no guarantee of being repeated. The most powerful thing America ever did wasn’t building the bomb. It was what it didn’t do after.

“What kind of a depraved monster slices off a woman’s breast while she is being gang raped, and throws it into the dust to be used as a plaything? What kind of a twisted pervert turns rape into necrophilia by shooting a woman in the head while he is still defiling her? What kind of ‘freedom fighters’ go into battle with a set of handy Arabic-to-Hebrew phrases, including ‘take off your pants’, ‘lie down’, and ‘spread your legs’? What self-respecting human being presses nails, scalpels, a hammer, an axe, screwdrivers and other household tools into a woman’s genitals? How hard do you have to rape someone, and with what, to shatter their pelvis? Who shoots a young girl in the face and then films her mutilated corpse on her brother’s mobile phone? The answer is: Hamas terrorists. This is the stark reality of what they did to men, women and children on October 7, 2023. And the world must never forget.” @WestminsterWAG

A while ago, I watched the infamous 47-minute video documenting the atrocities of October 7th — the one not made publicly available, to protect the privacy of the victims. The worst part of this video is not what it displays, but who is displaying it: the perpetrators themselves. Gleefully. Sadistically. Unabashedly. Most of the footage was filmed by Hamas terrorists on their GoPro bodycams, some also by ordinary Gazan civilians on their cellphones. Even the Nazis tried to cover up their atrocities, but Hamas brags about theirs for the entire world to see. The killers are euphoric throughout the massacre, and their relentless, ecstatic cries of "Allahu Akbar" (punctuated by the occasional "Kill the Jew!") are simply nauseating. Some images are seared into my memory forever. I will never forget the two boys in their underwear — one with his eye socket hanging out of his face — asking his brother whether he thinks they're going to die, while the Hamas monster who had just thrown a grenade in their saferoom helps himself to a drink from their fridge, taking a casual break from the slaughter. Neither will I ever forget the terrorists playing football with a severed head. Or the Thai migrant worker whose head is viciously hacked off with a garden hoe — another "Zionist colonizer" getting what he deserved, right?quillette.substack.com/p/what-did-you… Or the throngs of Gazans crowding around pickup trucks loaded with the mutilated corpses of Jewish women, filming and spitting on the bodies. Or the woman in Kibbutz Mefalsim, crouching and begging in vain for mercy. There is some evidence of sexual violence in the video — the charred corpse of a young woman with her legs splayed and her genitals exposed — but not much. Apparently even Hamas draws a line somewhere: they are not as proud of raping Jewish women as they are of murdering them. Or, more likely, they simply didn't want to embarrass the delicate sensibilities of their legions of useful idiots in the West. But yes — there was rape. Not "rape" in scare quotes, as the apologists would have it, but sadistic, murderous sexual violence, documented in a new damning new report by The Civil Commission, an independent Israeli women's rights NGO. (video summary here: youtube.com/watch?v=K7fJuz…) Across its 180 pages, the report describes "a recurring pattern of rape and gang rape; sexual torture; mutilation; targeted shooting to the face, head and genital area; forced nudity; binding and restraint; genital burning; objects inserted into intimate areas; post-mortem sexual humiliation; and execution during or after sexual assault." And it was premeditated and organized. The terrorists crossing into Israel carried printed Arabic-to-Hebrew phrasebooks with handy expressions like "take off your pants," "lie down," "spread your legs," and "don't make trouble." I wonder why they expected to need those particular phrases? I know one thing: no civilized country on earth would tolerate the existence of an organization like Hamas on its border after October 7th. Not one. This includes every self-righteous Westerner currently lecturing Israel from thousands of kilometres away, without an inch of skin in the game. dailymail.com/news/article-1…

The UK just banned Dominik Tarczyński, a Polish member of the European Parliament and a prominent critic of illegal migration, from entering the country. Tarczyński was a speaker at last year’s Unite the Kingdom rally and was planning to attend the event again this Saturday. “This is what communism looks like in the 21st century. I have just been denied entry to the UK in order to speak at the largest patriotic event in Europe. Starmer will be sued by me. Not the government, not the Home Office but Starmer personally. Once you lose the next election, communist, we’ll meet in court!” Tarczyński wrote on X. In 2025, 41,472 illegal migrants entered the UK via the English Channel, and approximately 70,000 have done so since Keir Starmer became Prime Minister. Nearly all of them claimed asylum upon arrival.

THIS IS DISGUSTING! 🤬 Vinay Kanani, the so-called safeguarding trainer who teaches child protection in UK schools, nurseries, and care homes, was just caught red-handed arranging to meet a 14-year-old girl at a hotel to abuse her. Look at this monster nodding along casually like he’s ordering a takeaway, completely unfazed. No shame, no panic, just blank denial while the evidence is shoved in his face. He even asked the child if she wanted to travel and admitted he wanted to take her abroad. Think about that for a second. This predator had access to vulnerable kids every single day, training staff on safeguarding while grooming a child and planning to spirit her out of the country. What the hell would have happened if those hunters hadn’t caught him? How many others has he targeted? This is pure evil. A man in a position of trust, paid to protect children, betraying everything for his sick desires. The system failed. Vetting, checks, everything. Heads should roll. Lock him up for life and throw away the key!

I have never been a fan of Keir Starmer as Prime Minister. Top politicians need to realise it’s not just the message, but how you sell it that cuts through to the public psyche. His policies may well have been among the best for the country and some undoubtedly were but Sir Keir never seemed able to land them with the public. Voters rarely reward policies they don’t emotionally connect with. Yesterday’s reset speech didn’t help. What exactly was he trying to tell us. Now, in what could be the death throes of his tenancy in No 10 after less than two years at the top, I do find myself feeling for him. He pulled himself up by his bootstraps and reached not one but two of the highest offices in the land. So, as the wannabes circle the Cabinet table this morning, positioning for what may come next, spare a thought for a man who genuinely wanted to make a difference, but never quite mastered the art of making his case. Fair?

In my hometown of Oldham, the White working class mobilised in record numbers and wrestled control of the council from Arooj Shah. Even lifetime Labour supporters voted with us to remove the Pakistani Rape Gand protecting Labour Party from control of the town. No one should be surprised by what happened next and how Starmer's new safeguarding women and girls tsar, @HarrietHarman, has now been exposed promoting @shah_arooj to the House of Lords.
Raja Miah@recusant_raja

How much influence do they now have? It's a question I'm asked constantly. This screenshot is from an Eid party at Number 10. Standing next the Prime Minister is Arooj Shah, leader of Oldham Council. For those new to this scandal, Shah's brother is a convicted money launderer. Her childhood friend is Irish Imy, convicted heroin dealer and getaway driver for a cop killer. She is regularly seen in his company, including riding through town in the passenger seat of his Bentley. She celebrated her election victory with a convicted kidnapper and torturer. For years Shah blocked a council vote for a public inquiry into the Pakistani rape gangs and used Andy Burnham's police force to target those who campaigned against the cover-up. At the same time, she openly endorsed physical attacks on her political opponents. No mainstream political party will speak the truth of what is happening in towns like mine. Journalists not only refuse to touch it, some help hide it. Those from the communities I come from know exactly what awaits them if they speak out. Recently, a potential opposition candidate had his car set alight and his family home set on fire. His mother was inside. He has since stepped down from running against Shah's candidate. The Prime Minister knows. He and his party depend on this arrangement with Pakistani Muslims like Shah to stay in power. Shah is not an exception. Across the country, the Labour Party is infested with Pakistani politicians just like her. We still have a little time left to save our nation from what is coming. But only if people refuse to look away. Share this. Talk about it. Say it out loud in places where it makes people uncomfortable. The only thing protecting this network is silence, and that silence depends on your fear. _________ I’m Raja Miah MBE. For seven years, I led a campaign that exposed how senior Labour politicians helped protect Pakistani rape gangs. The people of my town helped force the national inquiry. You won’t see me on the BBC. You won’t read my work in the legacy press. That’s not an accident. I take this to a place from where there is no coming back. My work is free. No paywalls. No gatekeeping. No exclusions.
