Update on my Z Fold 3... It has been lost at the UPS, and now I'm on hold for another week w/ no working phone cause it has to undergo an investigation. They did offer for me to buy another phone for the meanwhile.. come on @TMobile this is how a 10+yr customer is treated? Tsk

@TMobileHelp Ok, so they told me the phone is lost at the UPS, and they have to file an investigation to see why it got lost... So I was told that I can either buy another phone for the meanwhile, or stay without one.

We have 2 Z-Fold 3; 1 of them won't really get/make calls or connect to data/wifi. I call T-mobile: 2 1/2 months later of trying to fix it and we "finally" qualify for a replacement. We also qualified for a $40 credit for our trouble; seriously?!? Nothing has arrived yet @TMobile

@TMobileHelp We were promised for it to be here by this past Monday at a Store, then they couldn't release it because of their system. Then it was promised by yesterday and now I was told by Saturday. Not looking good, we're very disappointed with this.🤨

How much are you worth to your phone company? After experiencing 2 1/2 months of probs with our phone service, @TMobile offered a $40 credit for the trouble. When questioned, I was told, "That's the offer on the table & if I transfer you, it's off the table." (Customer 10+yrs)

We're engaged! I asked Asha to marry me at the exact same spot where we first met 9 years ago. Nothing has ever, ever, ever made me happier.
