@percy2099 Daredevil even gets Kingpin arrested which makes Frank super sceptical about whether his war is even having any effect. I think after a while the later writers agreed it was pointless and we have current Punisher who treats it more like an obsession than an achievable mission

one of Marvel's biggest problems is there is absolutely no reason someone like the punisher hasn't put a .50 cal sniper round through his big ugly red dome on general principle other than plot armor

Hair styles are nothing alike, very disporate clothing styles, facial features are completely different, etc.
