And yes, the majority of the world DOES eat their calorie maintenance? It's why millions of adults tend to keep around the same physique until they get older, then most gain some weight due to being less active, and maintain again.

Dieting is abnormal- it is something done temporarily, so a 'diet meal' is less than a normal meal. A normal meal would be larger
