1. Make the registration of ID as "registered painting professional" for spray buyers in paint shops mandatory, same for online shopping. Ofcourse some will still manage to get them, but at least not any random teenager as it is the case now! 2. Painting all public columns, low separation walls around parks etc in dark green, dark blue and wine red, same for ground floors of main avenue buildings that are often vandalized. 3. Have private benefactors sponsor ten Karsher teams to quickly intervene on the main streets. 4. Expand the artistic Murals program by real artists, on blind walls, but also heavily vandalized areas, showcasing Greek Mythological & historical scenes. 5. Automatic fine of 100 euros per poster or sticker of the company or event promoted. There are solutions. What is lacking is political will by leftist leaning mayors (whatever their official party affiliation): they all feel that such measures are "fascist" and "suffocate youngster freedom"... BS if you ask me.
