@SiriusXMCare It’s not a technical issue, you’ve removed the feature from the new App.
Before when listening to Howard you had the option to rewind or skip 15 Seconds on the iPhone Lock Screen, this option has not been added to the updated App.
Make it listening to Howard really awkward.

@Rebtel All U.K. mobiles I call won’t connect, just get the busy tone.
Why can’t someone actually help me?
I’ve used Rebtel for years and never had a problem until now, just wish someone would come back to me and try and solve this problem for me.

Can you just check that you don’t have a problem connecting to U.K. mobiles.
I can call U.K. Landlines and US numbers fine, just U.K. mobile won’t connect.
