He is a genius with a lot of amazing ideas about the future of very smart agents interacting with each other to do very useful things for people. We expect this will quickly become core to our product offerings. OpenClaw will live in a foundation as an open source project that OpenAI will continue to support. All of the above, plus look on the other side of the hierarchy Basically, be such a leader such that people are willing to bet their careers and livelihood on you Great people have a gravity to them. They're a magnet to high agency folks. And that spins a prodigious flywheel - where you do great work as a team, gain more fame and responsibilities and again attract the best I learnt this from the very best at Bain. But it's common at the top echelons of professional services (consulting, banking, law) Every one of them were incredibly inspiring to work with. And that's what made them successful And tbh, it's not that complex to build that trait. There are only three basic rules 1. Don't wait for someone to tell you what to do 2. Do things diligently and to completion 3. Don't be an asshole
