And the farther it is from the currently held truths, the larger the payoff. - When Buffett was young, he’d flip through the whole Moody’s manual searching for investment opportunities. Naturally, he found plenty. Whenever you search more, diligently, you’ll find more. Working hard tilts odds in your favor.

Introduce ideas like "Token Maxing" - which never was there before. (It's the Value that needs to be maxed) 3. Increase prices of Tokens - now that the companies are already in the AI workflows. What's the best way out? - It's tragic, but use Chinese models that are super cost effective. - Use local models if you have decent machines - Understand which models are good for what, so that you don't accidentally use "Costlier" models for cheap-work. - Have great docs defined so that the context is ready for your LLMs to pick up anytime, rather than starting from scratch. #AI #SmartAI

Today wrapped my third day at my new 9-5. I met with a handful of the folks I’ll be working with and things started making a bit more sense. After 11 years at my previous job, I’m realizing knowing who does what is a critical part of success. I know 5 people now. It’s a start
