@greateranglia I've just bought a smart card downloadable ticket on your app. The ticket is not appearing in the app for me to put on the card. Your phone lines are closed and don't open until after I travel. ????

@greateranglia In the hope and uninstall/reinstall would work I did that. It didn't work.

@greateranglia Also confirmation email has right date/times of travel BST. Log on online date/times are GMT (-1hr). I think you need some new app developers.

Since I handed over @ldnwebperf I've been off this platform for quite some time. Work pressures get in the way sometimes. Time to engage with friends old and new. I'm in the process of finding a new role for myself. How is everyone else doing?
