This breathtaking archaeological site is known as Sbeitla located in the Kasserine region of modern day Tunisia. Originally founded in the 1st century AD the ancient city of Sufetula was a massive strategic and commercial hub for the Roman Empire. The ruins still feature an incredible Capitol Temple, beautiful baths and highly detailed mosaics proving it is one of the most important ancient sites in the entire country even without being on the UNESCO list.

The interviewer said, “Tell us about your experience with analytics.” I panicked and said, “I’m very analytical in life.” He nodded. “Can you elaborate?” I said, “I overthink everything.” He wrote that down. Then he asked, “What tools are you familiar with?” I said, “Google.” Silence. I followed up with, “And vibes.” For some reason they loved that. One of them said, “Fresh perspective.” They offered me a second interview. I went home and Googled what a data strategist does. I withdrew my application the next morning. Turns out boldness will open doors, but wisdom is knowing which rooms you actually belong in.
