There are 0 NFL players that could walk onto an NBA court and be a contributor even if you gave them 5 years of practice. All who could do both pursued basketball because it won’t give you CTE, the money is better, and the playing shelf-life is longer

See here’s the thing about the NBA I could give you 50-100 guys from the NFL who could do what the Thompson twins or Lu Dort do on a nightly basis. You can’t show me 1 guy from the NBA who could do what Myles Garrett does on a weekly basis. It’s levels.

To say prime Bron would need years of practice squad skill work to play NFL tight end is ridiculous.

After that he only played basketball through HS and college, and he has played almost a decade as an NFL player in a “skill position” because the “skills” in the NFL are run, catch, and be strong.

No one is getting the proper skills at any position to make a team with just 6 months of training.
