Last year, @Tesla has reached a point where it can't deliver new updates without breaking existing functionalities. Even if the issue is lack of tests, I still consider it sabotage. As owner, promoter and investor I consider this extremely concerning. No more travel stats.

@petedkings @Tesla_AI Pois.

@AIDRIVR And it matches really well with the white appendixes. It still needs more Lidar.

@Paddy_film You were promoting the same stance in Europe. In the US, Tesla acts quickly due to participation bias on X, so they can quickly fix it if they realize it was a wrong move. The same won't happen in Europe.

@Paddy_film Nope. Tesla only did it in the Netherlands. Still irresponsible and dangerous if they follow that path.

The light we see from the stars left them long before it reached our eyes. This simple journey at 300,000 kilometers per second turns the cosmos into a living time machine. From our Moon in just over a second, to Mars in minutes, Pluto in hours, the nearest star in years, the center of the Milky Way in 26,000 years, all the way out to the edge of the observable universe in 46 billion years.

@DirtyTesLa Full brakes is such a great universal safety solution, specially when there is a fully loaded semi tailgating you, which is very common on Spanish highways. This is why we Europeans love the phantom braking from Autopilot, since we can't yet use FSD.

We got FULL brakes for this little bird. It's not quite as frequent as leaf braking was, but when it happens, bird braking (BB) is rough. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. This video is FSD 14.3.2 on Juniper Model Y

TESLA PATENTS A THERMAL HOMOGENIZATION STEP THAT LETS COARSE LITHIUM HYDROXIDE SKIP MILLING IN CATHODE MANUFACTURING @Tesla published US 2026/0132050 on May 14, 2026. The patent describes a cathode manufacturing method that uses unmilled coarse-grade lithium hydroxide and a 250-500°C homogenization heat in place of the conventional milling line. For nickel-rich cathodes, the industry has always milled lithium hydroxide down to 3-20 μm before the kiln. Cathode makers either buy the micro-powder grade at a premium or run an in-house milling line on the cheaper coarse supply. Tesla's patent specifies the unmilled coarse grade (D50 ≥ 150 μm), the size range commodity battery-grade LiOH ships at by default. The conventional reason for milling is mechanical. In a sintering furnace, large LiOH particles cause uneven lithium diffusion, producing under-lithiated interiors and over-lithiated surfaces. Tesla's response is thermal: a 250-500°C heat hold lets molten LiOH (melting at 462°C) coat the precursor before the high-temperature sintering ramp. Figure 5 in the patent shows NMC made with unmilled LiOH and the homogenization step matching the milled-baseline morphology, while skipping homogenization produces over- and under-lithiated failures. Capacity carries the same shape: 224.6 mAh/g for the milled cell against 222.3 and 224.5 for the unmilled-plus-homogenization cells at 0.05C. Tesla did not invent the homogenization step; Tesla invented the right to skip the milling step. This change pairs with Tesla's recent manufacturing-subtraction filings. WO 2024/147993 covers manganese-rich cathodes; US 2025/0364562 and US 2026/0031317 cover dry electrode processing. Each removes a single input constraint or process step, and together they describe a cathode line with fewer stages, fewer inputs at premium grades, and fewer pieces of equipment than the industry assumes. When the chain reaches production, the first observable signal will be a procurement record — a Tesla coarse-LiOH supply contract or a quiet decommissioning of the in-house milling line at a CAM facility. 🤔 $TSLA
